Day trip to Ribera del Duero
We leave your door early and head north to the Duero. Peñafiel and Aranda de Duero are a short hop apart, with plenty of wineries in between, and the driver waits while you visit.
Two visits in a day is comfortable; three is tight. Each winery runs an hour and a half to two hours with the tasting, and lunch has to happen somewhere in the middle. You book the wineries — almost none take people who turn up unannounced, and the well-known ones fill weeks ahead — and we build the day around your confirmed times.
