1) What are cookies (and similar technologies)?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. We also use local storage, a browser storage mechanism similar to cookies. These technologies help the site work, remember your choices, measure usage and — if you allow it — support advertising and conversion measurement.
2) Who sets cookies on this site?
- First-party (ours): your measurement preference, stored in your browser’s local storage. Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads conversion linker are loaded from the site itself and are active by default; you can switch them off at any time, with a single control.
- Third-party: Zoho Bookings, whose booking widget is embedded on our Booking page and loaded from
*.zohobookings.eu, and WhatsApp, when you open ourwa.melink or button.
3) What types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — site operation and recording your consent choice. No consent required.
- Analytics and measurement (Google Analytics 4) — active by default, can be switched off.
- Advertising and conversions (Google Ads conversion linker) — active by default, can be switched off with the same control.
- Functional third-party — set by Zoho Bookings so the booking form can operate.
Beyond your measurement preference, we set no cookies of our own: the analytics and advertising cookies listed below are set by Google’s tag, loaded from this site.

5) Managing your choices
Measurement is on by default. On arrival you will see a notice telling you that we measure visits. Measurement is active from the first moment; the notice does not ask your permission, it informs you and offers to turn it off. We would rather tell you plainly than show you a reject button that rejects nothing.
What “measurement” covers. Two things, and they share a single switch:
- Analytics — how many people visit, which pages they read, which route pages lead to a booking enquiry.
- Advertising and conversions — if we run ads on Google, whether a visit came from one of our ads and whether it ended in a booking enquiry. This is what lets us tell a campaign that works from one that wastes money.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own commercial purposes. What Google receives, it receives as our measurement provider.
How to turn it off. Press Turn it off in that notice, or Cookie settings in the footer of any page. That single control switches off both analytics and advertising measurement. Your refusal is stored and honoured on every later visit, including if we change this policy.
What we store about your choice. Alongside your decision we store the date and the version of this policy. If the policy changes materially we raise the version and show the notice again — but a refusal is never undone by that: once you have turned measurement off, it stays off.
Browser controls. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Blocking cookies may affect some site features, including the booking form.
6) International transfers
Google and Zoho may process data outside the EEA. They apply appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in their own policies.
7) Updates
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our cookies, tools or legal requirements. We will post the current version here and update the Last updated date.
